Help! I’m stinking; what do I do?
We have not changed the deodorant formulas. And we get good reports from customers all the time. But occasionally, this question also comes up. Here is an article I have written for this question.
Ok. You have been using the deodorant for a while. All of a sudden, you have noticed that you can catch a whiff of odor sometimes.
Here are the questions I and you should be asking ourselves. Yes, I have this issue sometimes too.
1. If you use the solid, are you getting it over the whole area? Sometimes we need to use our fingers to spread it a little. Or add another swipe.
2. Have you changed your diet? Like, did it go downhill with the holiday/birthday/special occasions?
When we start eating more junky foods; maybe more sugar and white flour than we had been; we will be releasing more toxins from underarms, skin and bodily functions. Or else our colons are getting congested. When this happens you may notice more odor until we get it cleared from our systems.
Bacteria—the toxin eating good kind—are what causes the odor. So figure out why we have so much toxins will help us keep the bacteria under control.
3. Have you gone back to some of the “regular” chemically-made products?
This can also cause our body to get out of balance. When life gets hectic; we tend to take shortcuts and these can lead to unhealthy choices. I like to keep the Detox and the Lower Bowel Cleanse Herbal capsules in my cabinet. When I start feeling out of sorts; I will take a combination of them (3-10 capsules a day) for a few days to get my system back in proper working order.
4. Have you been stressed more than normal? This can also cause our system to get out of balance and back to question one. Do you have a loved one battling a serious illness or injury. (If you do; push for them to get on an Herbal regimen. God created herbs to heal every ill our bodies can get.)
5. Have you been airing out “your pits” daily? Lifting your arms up, stretching and letting them air or sun dry will kill the bacteria. This also leaves you feeling fresher. This is also excellent for battling carpel tunnel. Those nerves and tendons go through the joint area and need to be stretched gently to keep them flexible.
Ok. Another thought. If none of those questions apply to you. You may need to change the type of deodorant you are using for a while. I like to switch off. Solid sometimes, spray or roll-on. The Roll-on is my favorite because I feel it covers better. We are/have developed a powder to use also. We are not sure it will work all alone. But it is nice to put a soothing powder over the other forms to help absorb perspiration.
Enjoy the journey…looking forward not back;
Have a Blessed Day; Thanking God for all He does.
