Our Aromatherapy products have no petroleum-based surfactants. We do use potassium sorbate in our lotions and creams. I am experimenting with other options and as soon as I know theses will have about a two year shelf life, I will stop using potassium sorbate.
We have none of the most unwanted toxic cosmetic ingredients.**the EWG and I disagree on a couple of items.

Difference between Toxin-Free and Non-Toxic:
Non-toxic means the petroleum chemicals has been buffered with other chemicals to make a gentler product. Still has petroleum-based chemicals.
Toxin-free -- Simple, natural ingredients. The thickness and texture will probably be different and sometimes there are slight variations batch to batch. Soaps (not detergents) have no Sulfates--lather will be less, but the cleaning power is superb.
